The white wine Sauvignon Collio DOC, vintage 2019 from the winery Drius has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points.
Bright straw yellow. On the nose slightly yeasty-reductive, needs some time to open up, then flint, graphite, matchstick notes and lemon zest, light smoke. On the palate juicy and with light texture, harmonious mouthfeel, clear, refined, destined for longer bottle ageing.
