Tasting from 26.11.2019: Ulrich Sautter und Rainer Schäfer

A finely spiced varietal aroma, chestnut, roasted sesame, silky and supple on the palate, very seamlessly round, quite powerful for a Kabinett, but wonderfully balanced, a hint of sweetness behind natural-looking acidity, good freshness, smacking finish, a lot of wine for the money.
