Medium greenish yellow in colour with silver reflections and a fine mousse. On the nose, aromas of fresh white pear, subtle hints of mango, a touch of flowers and lime zest. The juicy palate has good complexity, saline-mineral with fine acidity and notes of yellow stone fruit.. A dry food wine, with a lemony-saline finish.
