Ripe aroma with yellow flowers and yellow stone fruit, nectarine, mirabelle plum and apricot, yeast pastry, marzipan. Taut and firm on the palate with straightforward acidity, purist, notes of tart green apple, lively mousse, savoury. Nobody falls asleep.
