Tasting Notes
Dark berry and herbal-spicy aroma, very fresh, with the right use of wood. The palate structure weaves supple motifs, substance, acidity and tactile limestone minerality completely into one. Despite the high density, the wine is not at all tiring - mineral elegance characterises it right up to the long, juicy finish.
