Tasting Notes
Rich, bright ruby with a fine garnet shimmer. Fantastic nose! Opens with notes of ripe plum, liquorice, some truffle, pickled cherry, the sum of Piedmont. Elegant and firm on the palate at the same time, opens with juicy fruit, then shows fine-meshed tannins, initially supple, gains more and more depth and drive as it progresses, finally finishes rich with earthy tones, long finish, salty.
