Tasting from 26.09.2025: Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem

Brilliant straw yellow with golden reflections and a fine, rhythmic and persistent mousse. Ripe notes of yellow-fleshed fruit and citrus fruit on the nose, followed by floral accents of elderberry, acacia and yeast. Creamy, broad and characterised by a pleasant minerality on the palate.
