Bright, brilliant onion skin pink colour. Fine and persistent mousse. Notes of red fruits such as strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant, accompanied by floral and citrusy hints of grapefruit. Creamy and broad on the palate, supported by a pleasant structure and a salty hint.
