Tasting from 23.03.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Spicy but not exaggerated use of oak, yellow fruit, grape notes. Dense on the palate, full-bodied, straightforwardly vinified for ageing, with a clear mineral background, the high alcohol (14.5) remains unnoticeable thanks to the racy acidity and the striking extract, a high-quality terroir type that brings the "Roche" credibly into the glass.
