The white wine »AME Forest« Pouilly-Fuissé, vintage 2022 from the winery Éric Forest has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Bourgogne in France.
Fine and dense on the nose, white flowers, white grapefruit, lemon zest, Mirabelle plum, white peach, bay leaf, fine savouriness and subtle smoke. Dense and elegant on the palate, fresh fruit followed by salty, mineral savouriness, creamy base with a fine vein of acidity, long on the palate.
