Tasting Notes

95
Tasting from 20.04.2018: Peter Moser

Strong amber with an ocher rim. Fine nuances of raisin, hints of dried plum, date, vanilla and nougat. Complex, chocolatey texture, with vivid oak savouriness, astringent in a pleasant way, chocolatey touch, freshly structured, candied orange and a touch of jasmine. Very complex aromatics, squeaky clean style with sea salt on the finish.
