Tasting Notes
Medium golden yellow, silver reflections. Fine tropical fruit with delicate herbal savouriness in the background, yellow gooseberry, mandarin zest, a hint of blossom honey. Juicy, elegant, fine fruit sweetness, good complexity, finesse-rich acid structure, mineral-salty finish, delicate honey touch in the aftertaste, remains persistent, maturing ageing potential for many years,.
More about the tastingLight greenish yellow, silver reflections. Initially rather restrained bouquet, needs air, then notes of guava and ripe gooseberry emerge with delicate blossom honey and vanilla. Powerful, yellow tropical fruit on the palate, fresh acidity, vivid wood aromas and minerality. Still underdeveloped, still needs some time to age.
