Delicately shimmering lemon yellow with a green accent. Delicately savoury attack on the nose of fresh thyme, propolis, paired with candied orange peel, also some blood orange. Fresh, well-balanced, somewhat austere in its structure, lots of savouriness, finishes with a salty minerality.
