Tasting Notes
Sparkling, rich ruby; very clear but somewhat cool, restrained nose, smells of violets, some plums, fine licorice notes; extremely juicy in the attack and finish, lots of fresh blackberry fruit, lots of grippy tannin in the back, long finish.
