The red wine Flam Syrah Reserve, vintage 2017 from the winery Flam Winery has been rated in 2022 by Peter Moser with 92 Falstaff points.
Strong ruby garnet, purple reflections, broad ochre rim. Black berry fruit background with nougat, some liquorice and cassis, herbs and tobacco, fine wood nuances in the background, inviting bouquet. Complex, fine fruit sweetness, ripe tannins, some nougat, a hint of petit-verde savouriness on the finish, well developed, velvety and multi-faceted.
