Bright, medium ruby red colour. Initially smoky, vegetal on the nose, then opens up to fully ripe cranberry, saddle leather, also some iodine and nutmeg. Starts soft on the palate, then quickly builds up drive, noble savouriness, firm tannins and concentrated fruit, right into the long finish.
