The red wine Fortulla Rosso di Toscana IGT, vintage 2016 from the winery Fortulla has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 88 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Intense, bright ruby red. Ripe blackberries, black currants and forest fruits on the nose, with fine tobacco and leather notes in the background. Initially supple and full on the palate, but then develops in the finish with somewhat loosely knit tannins and a powerful finish.
