Tasting from 26.09.2025: Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem

Intense light gold colour with a fine mousse. Elegant ripe tones on the nose, slightly buttery and cold smoke, with fine notes of ripe yellow fruit. Juicy, clear on the palate, with lovely tension and a slight grip, comes in several waves, with a lovely salinity on the finish.
