Tasting Notes
Lush cherry fruit, beetroot and dried tomato, also "wild" spontaneous fermentation notes. Silky on the palate, juicy with mineral tones, medium-weight fruit, tobacco-like flavours in the finish. Good, substantial Ortswein.
