Tasting Notes

91
Tasting from 10.03.2006

Medium greenish yellow, lively mousse, slightly coarser perlage. Delicate, Burgundy-like nuances on the nose, delicate roasted aromas, fresh lemon zest. Powerful on the palate, fresh acid structure, delicately vegetal, almost tobacco-like on the finish, good ageing potential. Very good food companion. A product full of character.
