Tasting from 26.04.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Clear, light silver with a persistent mousse. Clear and memorable nose with notes of fresh, crisp apple and green peach. Very good tension on the palate, salty, but then becomes quite angular and cool on the finish, which is quite short.
