Tasting from 26.04.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright, pale silver with a delicate, persistent mousse. Very fragrant with hints of hawthorn and apple blossom and notes reminiscent of a cool spring morning, delicate apple notes. Polished and fine onset, then becomes a tad harsh, light bitter notes on the finish.
