The sekt »Blanc de Noirs« brut, vintage 2018 from the winery Geils Sekt- und Weingut has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Spätburgunder, Schwarzriesling from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Slight citrus and red berry notes on the nose. On the palate, the wine has a lively acid backbone, the mousse reinforces the impression of freshness, a hint of sweetness gives the fruit volume. A stylish aperitif sparkling wine for the discerning palate.
