Pale straw yellow with shimmering reflections. Initially citrus aromas, lime zest, then lemon balm and white flowers, with a hint of grapefruit. Juicy attack, with crisp acidity, clear and straightforward on the palate, light-footed texture, lacks its fruit on the finish, slightly salty aftertaste.
