Light bronze yellow, light reddish tinge. Fine nuances of nougat and vanilla, ripe quinces, subtle use of wood, a finely nutty bouquet reminiscent of ripe Meursault. Juicy, elegant, ripe pear fruit, silky texture, well-balanced acidity, highly elegant and finishing with a hint of caramel, harmonious and subtle in the finish.
