Tasting Notes
Bright golden yellow. Aroma of nutmeg, hazelnut and ras el hanout, plus white peach. Further hints of nougat, pistachio, baklava and the scent of roses. Dry, with a gentle attack and initially soft, later grippy tannins. Moderate, rather mild acidity, minty freshness and ethereal herbal notes on the finish. Very clean and clear, with a powerful, full body.
