Tasting Notes
A light, pale yellow rosé with coppery highlights, almost like white wine. Subtle aromas of Williams pear, raspberry, apricot, and anise, with a hint of thyme. Juicy and dry on the palate, with a delicate fruitiness, moderate acidity, and excellent balance. Delicate, lively, and very easy to drink.
