Very light salmon pink with silver highlights. A delicate bouquet of juicy cherries, grenadine, and apricot, complemented by floral notes, a hint of blossom honey, and hints of thyme and anise. Pleasantly dry on the palate, with plenty of fruitiness, good body, and a mineral-salty vein. Accessible, balanced, and very easy to drink.
