Tasting Notes
Pale salmon pink. Subtle aromas of quince, apricot, and raspberry, along with spruce shoots, white flowers, lavender, thyme, and verbena. Juicy on the palate, with moderate acidity and a delicate fruitiness. The finish reveals notes of berries and Mediterranean herbs once again. Lively and very easy to drink.
