Tasting from 02.06.2021: Ulrich Sautter

Light coral pink. Pinot-berry aroma, cherry, and a light flint note in the background. In the mouth with a soft attack and a full-bodied mid-palate, relatively rich and rather broad, with lots of juice and fruit and good length. Late-emerging, subtle acidity.
