Medium greenish yellow, fine, persistent mousse. Inviting ripe yellow tropical fruit, hints of biscuit, blossom honey and tangerine zest. Complex and juicy, fine fruit sweetness, good acidity, delicately nutty on the finish with ripe yellow apple fruit.
