Brilliant green yellow. Delicate aromas of Granny Smith, lemon confit, Greengage plum and a hint of fennel seed, with a firm, demanding pull on the palate, a wonderfully tangy acid nerve and a delicate mousse. Youthful, pithy, straightforward finish with minerality. Full of tension!
