Tasting Notes
Brilliant salmon red with copper hues. Refined nose, grapefruit, cherries, citrus confit, hints of rose biscuits. Juicy, with a fresh core, a harmonious, mouth-watering acidity, a fine mousse, with candied red apple in the aftertaste, medium length. Great aperitif.
