Rich golden yellow. Intense ripe notes of toffee, tobacco, roasted garden herbs, and delicate smoky notes in the background. Powerfully substantial and gripping on the palate, very exciting tight body, harmoniously balanced, good minerality with vibrant acidity and a fine mousse. Freshly smoked bacon on the finish. Great length and elegance.
