Der Fine White von Warre‘s wird aus traditionellen weissen Rebsorten aus der abgegrenzten Region Douro hergestellt. Die Gärung findet ausserhalb der Skins statt, um einen delikateren Weinstil zu erzeugen. Eine kurze Reifung erfolgt in unseren Lodges in Vila Nova de Gaia in einer Kombination aus Oak Casks und Edelstahl Tanks. Er ist erfrischend leicht im Geschmack und ein ausgezeichneter Aperitif. Der Fine White von Warre‘s ist halbtrocken. Er hat eine blasse Strohfarbe mit knackigen Blumigen Aromen, frischen Mandeln am Gaumen und einem langen, spritzigen finish.

Smells of ripe apple, yellow stone fruit and candied citrus fruits. Herbaceous and spicy notes. Plump sweetness on the palate, subtle acidity and a medium-long, salty-mineral finish.
