Bright salmon pink in colour with old rose reflections. A fruity nose of strawberries, raspberry jam and blood orange, with a touch of cassis too. There's a balanced play of sweetness and acidity on the palate, which is juicy with a medium body and lively mousse. Some salt on the finish, an ideal aperitif.
