Tasting Notes
Pale yellow with a fine mousse. Delicate fruit of pear, crab apple and some citrus zest on the nose, with a hint of brioche. Soft and accessible on the palate, the dosage is clearly noticeable and on the sweeter side, giving the fruit a rounded effect. Less complex, but harmonious, charming and with a juicy flow. An uncomplicated crémant that shows a lot of pleasantness.
