Tasting Notes
Pale salmon pink with a fine, persistent mousse. Floral and fruity on the nose, with notes of red berries, fresh cherries, grenadine, hibiscus, mallow and rosehip, subtle hints of brioche and shortcrust pastry. Elegant on the palate with a fine texture, invigorating acidity and a creamy mousse, the cleverly measured dosage emphasises the fruit without weighing it down. A delicate and accessible Crémant.
