Tasting from 01.01.2016: Peter Moser

Dark ruby garnet, violet reflections, subtle edge brightening. Fine roasted aromas, underlaid with black berry confit, a hint of cherries, caramel and nougat. Lean, freshly structured, full of finesse, somewhat dry tannins, very salty, a vibrant food companion, but a little difficult to use. Needs time.
