An intense, sparkling rose color with persistent bubbles. The nose is initially somewhat diffuse, but as it opens up, it reveals notes of ripe cherry, fresh bread dough, and light spice. On the palate, it is exceptionally juicy, with a delicate texture, crisp acidity, and a lively finish.
