Bright, intense straw yellow. Flint, ripe quince, a hint of wax and cinnamon on the nose, with a banana and pear aftertaste and iodized salt. Spans a beautiful arc on the palate, with cool fruit and a clear course, with structure, ending precisely and finely with drive.
