Bright dusky pink with copper-coloured reflections, fine mousse. Fresh herbs and floral notes on the nose, subtly reminiscent of chamomile blossom, followed by a hint of redcurrant. Straightforward with bright acidity on the palate, mouth-watering, refreshing, great interplay of fruit and saltiness.
