Bright golden yellow with silver reflections. Ripe yellow stone fruit nuances, a hint of dried fruit, dried apricots, underpinned by fine herbal spices. Juicy, with a fine fruit sweetness at its core, ripe yellow peach, light blossom honey, already developed, rather subtle acidity, an elegant, versatile accompaniment to food, should definitely be decanted briefly, gains noticeable liveliness with air.
