Bright golden yellow, silver reflections, very smooth mousse. Nuances of yellow fruit, some pear, a hint of quince and biscuit, a delicate nutty touch. Full-bodied, ripe green apple, fresh structure, gentle sweetness, some walnut and lemon on the finish, suitable as an aperitif or with food.
