Medium green yellow with silver reflections. Delicate herbal savouriness, hints of yellow pear, fine nutty aromas, hints of vanilla and orange zest. Medium complexity, fine fruitiness, pleasant oaky character, delicate blossom honey, mineral and lasting, has certain ageing potential.
