Medium yellow-green, silver reflections. Ripe tropical fruit underlay with fine blossom honey, delicate notes of quince, candied orange peel and a background of oak savouriness. Complex, taut, fresh acid structure, mineral, delicate white fruit, pronounced in fruit on the finish, a multi-faceted food companion.
