Tasting Notes
Artisanal aromas of yellow fruit and a vivid herbal savouriness, then white asparagus, grapefruit, sesame, miso and yellow flowers. On the palate, the ethereal and savoury impression intensifies with mint and basil also emerging. It's dense and rich, with texture, phenolics and exciting length. Still young.
More about the tastingAlmond, red apple and gooseberry can be found on the nose, as well as something savoury, almost like caraway. The palate has plenty of volume, a firm acidity and fine phenolics contrast the fullness, in the finish the savouriness makes its way to the foreground again, fine minerality provides support.
