The white wine »Blanc de Blanc« trocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Hendriks + Fürst Weine has been rated in 2024 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Grauburgunder, Chardonnay, Weißburgunder from the region Württemberg in Germany.
The ageing in tonneau has left behind subtle wood tones. There are also floral white and berry Pinot Gris tones. The palate is characterised by substance with a supple base and well-integrated acidity. Will refine with bottle ageing and take on a certain fullness.
