Ripe fruit on the nose. Lots of apple, pear and citrus. Hints of lime honey blossom and some caramel. Dense, juicy and pleasantly full-bodied on the palate. Aromas of mandarin and grapefruit plus ripe local pome fruit. Beautiful acidity, long finish.
