Medium salmon pink with orange reflections, lively mousse. Fine nuances of fresh greengage plum, cherry and strawberry confit, delicate biscuity touch, inviting bouquet. Substantial, yellow peach, some blossom honey, fresh structure, well lasting, mineral on the finish, a subtle food companion.
